It's been 8 years and 1 pregnancy since I've been to a chiropractor, and my body was overdue for re-aligning. Dr. Erika worked to alleviate my immediate pain in my hips and back, and then created a plan to reset my body over a 3 month period, so I don't easily go out of alignment again.
